TM Lancar Aplikasi Penjagaan Kesihatan Digital Pertama untuk Komuniti Farmasi

Inovasi penyelesaian digital perniagaan Telekom Malaysia (TM) yang dikenali sebagai Penyelesaian e-Farmasi dijayakan dengan kerjasama daripada Teleme Technologies Sdn Bhd.

Dengan memanfaatkan rangkaian infrastruktur TM yang luas dan lebih kurang 600 perunding Unifi Business di seluruh negara, Penyelesaian e-Farmasi membolehkan komuniti farmasi menawarkan perkhidmatan mereka kepada pengguna di pelbagai lokasi termasuk mereka yang berada di kawasan pedalaman dan terpencil.

Walau bagaimanapun, hanya komuniti farmasi yang mengupah ahli farmasi yang berdaftar dan berlesen boleh menawarkan perkhidmatan mereka kepada pengguna melalui Penyelesaian e-Farmasi. Pengguna pula perlu berjumpa doktor untuk mendapatkan preskripsi bagi ubat-ubatan terkawal sebelum membuat pesanan ubat daripada komuniti farmasi melalui aplikasi mudah alih tersebut.

Penyelesaian e-Farmasi juga membolehkan ahli farmasi menetapkan peringatan kepada pengguna bagi pengisian semula ubat-ubatan mereka. Ini dapat dimanfaatkan pengguna yang perlu mengambil ubat-ubatan terkawal untuk jangka masa panjang bagi penjagaan kesihatan mereka.

Di samping itu, pengguna boleh mengakses pelbagai artikel informatif berkaitan kesihatan, sekali gus meningkatkan kesedaran dan pengetahuan mereka mengenai gaya hidup sihat dan pelbagai jenis penyakit berbahaya.

 

Forum berkaitan penjagaan kesihatan digital turut diadakan pada hari pelancaran Penyelesaian e-Farmasi

 

Menteri Komunikasi, Fahmi Fadzil, yang melancarkan aplikasi tersebut di TM Digital Academy, Cyberjaya pada bulan Mac lepas berkata, usaha TM ini menyokong inisiatif Kerajaan untuk mempercepatkan pendigitalan perkhidmatan kesihatan terutamanya dalam kalangan usahawan perusahaan mikro, kecil dan sederhana (PMKS).

Menurutnya, komuniti farmasi dalam kategori PMKS boleh memanfaatkan geran Digital PMKS Madani (GDPM) sekiranya mereka melanggan Penyelesaian e-Farmasi yang ditawarkan TM di bawah segmen Unifi Business. Tambah beliau, inisiatif ini dapat mewujudkan sistem penjagaan kesihatan yang lebih inklusif kepada rakyat Malaysia di samping memberi sokongan kepada komuniti farmasi.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan TM, Amar Huzaimi Md Deris, yang turut hadir semasa pelancaran Penyelesaian e-Farmasi berkata, Penyelesaian e-Farmasi bertujuan untuk menyokong profesional penjagaan kesihatan dan Kerajaan dalam menyediakan perkhidmatan yang cekap dan bermanfaat untuk semua rakyat terutamanya dalam kalangan komuniti yang sukar untuk mendapatkan penjagaan kesihatan.

 

“Tawaran terbaru ini juga mencerminkan usaha berterusan TM ke arah menjadi sebuah Pusat Kuasa Digital menjelang 2030, dalam menerajui pertumbuhan industri melalui pendigitalan dan kelestarian serta mengukuhkan ekosistem digital kami untuk memanfaatkan komuniti dan perniagaan,” jelas Amar.

 

Penyelesaian e-Farmasi ditawarkan bersama dengan pelan Jalur Lebar Tetap Unifi Business daripada 100 Megabit sesaat (Mbps) sehingga 2 gigabit sesaat (Gbps). Komuniti farmasi dalam kalangan PMKS yang layak menerima geran padanan di bawah kempen GDPM akan memperoleh sehingga 50% potongan bayaran bulanan selama 12 bulan atau geran sehingga RM5,000 apabila mereka melanggan Penyelesaian e-Farmasi.
