Golongan pekerja hari ini bukan sahaja bebas bertugas mengikut masa sendiri tetapi diberi peluang untuk memilih haluan karier mengikut minat dan kecenderungan diri. Bagaimanakah ciri-ciri kedua-dua generasi ini mempengaruhi pengambilan pekerja di syarikat anda? 

 

Generasi milenial yang lahir pada dekad 80-an hingga pertengahan 90-an lazimnya mencari peluang pekerjaan dalam bidang yang sama seperti yang dipelajari di universiti.
